New Dorp Fitness was created to shelter and nurture members who are seeking a more fit life but who can’t find the help and support they need to be successful in traditional fitness environments. Our goal is to get the most members the most results in the shortest period of time.
We change lives. We exist entirely for this one reason. To constantly challenge and lead our members to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness they can reach. We have an obligation to our members to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can reach their goals and beyond.
At New Dorp Fitness you can achieve results in a way simply not possible in conventional health clubs. Whether you have 100 lbs. or 10 lbs. you want to lose or if you just want to get a great workout we are the gym for you!
We believe, “Fitness is motion and motion is life.” If a person wants to maintain a high standard of living throughout their life they need to participate in a challenging fitness program several times a week at a minimum. The core to achieving success in fitness is strength training, which is the heart of all our fitness programs.
The coaches at New Dorp Fitness will guide you each step of the way to help you reach your goals through exercise, nutrition and healthy lifestyles. You are not just a number to us. We truly care about our members and are dedicated to getting you healthier and happier! Having that support and accountability of a coach who cares and is there for you makes all the difference in the world with your success. We aren’t about cookie-cutter workouts. We’re about people. Each person is unique, with different goals, body types, and base levels of fitness. Every member is part of the New Dorp Fitness family and we take care of our family!
